The St Helier Charitable Foundation aims to bring information to the residents of the St Helier Estate and surrounding area, about organisations that can help with problems relating matters such as finance, benefits, housing, anti-social behaviour, health and wellbeing. We also promote activities that are available locally for residents, particularly children, elderly and disabled.

The Foundation also collaborates with local resident organisations and the local council to provide information, events and activities. The yearly St Helier Festival, sponsored by the St Helier Charitable Foundation, aims to bring residents together to alleviate social isolation and promote community cohesion as well as celebrating local talent and promoting local facilities.
